All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping to all locations across India. Delivery times depend on your location: Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or other disruptions.

5. Shipping Address

CaseShop.in is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.

We will assist you in resolving the issue, including arranging a replacement or investigating lost shipments.
